Shipping

You pick what you like, and we get it to you :) Here's all that you need to know:

For International Orders:

1. Merchandise will be dispatched and delivered within 2-4 weeks. Please review the product descriptions for any exceptions to delivery times before placing your order. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and destination country at checkout. All products are made in India and will be shipped from India.

2. The process involves various parties, including designers, delivery teams, and customs. While this may occasionally cause delivery delays, we strive to minimize them.

3. Our delivery teams will make two delivery attempts over four business days before considering it a non-delivery and returning the package to us. In such cases, store credit will be issued, or you will need to cover the cost of re-shipment.

4. All deliveries require the named recipient's signature, so please ensure you are available at the delivery address provided.

5. Delays due to customs, interstate regulations, strikes, or delivery outages are beyond our control, but we will keep you informed of your order’s status. If delays arise due to the designer's production capacity, we will notify you at the time of order confirmation, and you will have the option to accept or cancel the order.

6. If we cannot deliver products due to unavailability, poor product quality, inventory issues, or other internal matters, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.

7. For all international deliveries, customs and duties, if applicable, must be paid by the customer upon arrival.

8. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, please email us at orders@ikkivi.com.

For Orders Within India:

1. Shipping is free for apparel and accessories within India. However, if you order in India and ship internationally, shipping charges will apply.

2. All products are made to order in India and will be shipped from India.
