Before considering a return or exchange, please note that slight color variations may occur, as all of our products are handcrafted. These minor imperfections are what make each piece unique and special.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at orders@ikkivi.com with your order number. Return and exchange requests need to be raised within 24-48 hours from the time of delivery. For sensitive cases, our team at IKKIVI will contact you directly.

Please ship your return/exchange to the address provided to you via email, as this may vary depending on the product. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are your responsibility. If the issue is our fault (e.g., fabric damage, color issues, packaging damage, stitching flaws), we will arrange for a pickup. In all other cases, we can only process returns or exchanges once we have received the product. Please note that slight color variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

Custom-sized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges are at the discretion of our friendly and diligent IKKIVI team. Requests for size changes will be considered for exchange first, and refunds will only be issued if an alternative size is unavailable.

Refunds are processed one week after we receive the returned goods.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@ikkivi.com within 24 hours of receiving the package, including a photograph of the product, invoice details, and barcode.

Returned items must retain their original tags. Items that are damaged or missing tags will be returned to you. If your return does not meet our standards, the cost of shipping it back to you will be your responsibility.
